The Mountain Snow Pieris is more cold hardy and heat tolerant than other Pieris japonica. This showy plant has abundant clusters of white bell flowers in spring. Pendulous buds appear in summer and add interest throughout winter until they open into beautiful petite blooms in early spring. The young leaves are copper-colored, but turn deep green as they age.
